Air-conditioning is monitored and controlled by a computerized energy management system, resulting in the most efficient use of energy for environmental control, immediate response to problems, and a comprehensive approach to maintenance.

Hours of operation are scheduled as specified in your lease.

If you will need air-conditioning outside of normal operating hours, please place your request through the Electronic Tenant Service (ETS) System (the Tenant Center). All service requests should be placed 24 hours in advance. To extend or request weekend services, please place requests by noon on the Friday before. There is no air-conditioning programmed on the building-standard holidays.
