Tenant floors are serviced by five passenger elevators and one (1) freight elevator. The Parking Garage is serviced by two (2) passenger elevators. Each elevator contains an emergency call button, which is monitored 24 hours a day.
All tenants and their employees should be familiar with the elevator emergency procedures in the event an elevator stops, and the doors remain closed while they are a passenger:
- Please STAY CALM.
- An emergency call button is located on the elevator panel inside the elevator below the floor selector buttons on the right side.
- Push the BUTTON with the phone receiver next to it and wait for the monitoring service to answer.
- Tell the monitoring service which elevator you are in and your floor location. The car number (P1-P6) will be on the right side, at the top, and start with the letter 'P'.
- Management Office / security personnel will respond immediately. In some cases, it may be necessary to wait for an elevator technician who will respond as quickly as possible. You will have constant telephone contact with Management Office / security personnel.
Note: If the fire alarm is activated while you are a passenger on an elevator, the elevator will automatically return to the ground floor and the doors will open.
