STANDARD BUILDING HOURS

• 500 East Pratt is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays as referenced below. The building is a secured facility. Tenant employees utilize a key fob or Bluetooth device activated to enter the building and access their floor via the elevator. Guest are required to check in and provide photo identification at the lobby desk.

HOLIDAYS - 500 East Pratt will be closed on the following building-standard holidays:

• New Years Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

On building-standard holidays, janitorial and HVAC services will not be provided. If you require these building services on the above dates, please refer to your lease and contact the Management Office to make arrangements at least 48 hours in advance.
